As an RTT Therapist I facilitate your healing, think of me as your guide if you will, but you need to be totally committed to ‘doing the work’.
This call gives us the opportunity to discover whether we would like to work together…
An RTT treatment with me consists of the following:
A 30 minute initial consultation (Zoon or call) where we discuss your issue in more depth, what is holding you back and what you would like your future to look like.
A two to two and a half hour hypnosis session conducted via Zoom, so you are in the comfort of your own home (instructions will be provided).
A personalised recording for you to listen to at least once a day for a minimum of 21 days after the hypnosis session.
A follow up the day after your session, one week after your session and two weeks after your hypnosis session. These are usually by text message but a 15 minute telephone call is also possible if that is what you would prefer.
A treatment review after three weeks, again either by text or a 15 minute telephone call.
Your investment £397
Most issues are resolved in as little as one session, however with more complex issues such as chronic pain and anxiety it often takes three sessions. I offer a package of three sessions when they are for related issues.
All sessions to be taken within 6 months of booking.
